Involve in utilizing production systems, lean manufacturing, Industrial Engineering Management and supply chain management principles. Create visual work instructions, interpret customer drawing and specifications for updating quality inspection checklists, SOPs and engineering job aids/visual management guides. Use statistical process control, anova and data analytics for research and automation. Perform Discrete Event Simulation to validate Cycle time, calculate WIP, bottlenecks, throughput, capacity, resource utilization, and production rate changes of complex production systems. Conduct time and motion studies to perform Root cause analysis, APQP and establish control limits for process control. Create business cases for industrialization of new projects.
